- The location was beautiful and very calm and quiet, also the weather was perfect - We got wi-fi connection in all the facilities - The pools were very nice, mainly the heated one - All the staff was kind and helpful - The room was very clean, cozy and comforting - The breakfast was tasty and diverse

I highly recommend this hotel just for the simple fact that not only they take care of you going above and beyond by giving you breakfast outside the designed hours and knocking on your door with a welcome gift and giving directions to must visit points but also by their excellent customer service and home like atmosphere that makes you want to stay. Thank you Anna for the friendly conversations and for treating customers with care and respect. And something you said still in my mind you said “I want everyone that come to my hotel to leave satisfied and not hungry” that is care, thank you again when we will be back to Portugal we will come back to this hometel!

We arrived late and could only stay that one night, but this is a fascinating place to explore more. Our room was very large and comfortable with great views onto the property from the many windows and terrace. It included a good breakfast, too. The weather wasn't good for swimming, but the pool looked lovely as well as all the grounds to explore. The front desk/receptionist was wonderful. She helped us with everything and speaks English very well.

Quiet rural location, yet very convenient for motorway network and town centre Absolutely stunning room, large comfortable bed and outdoor private terrace Pet friendly, we took our dog, although 20 euro charge per night was rather steep, especially since we were also obliged to pay an additional charge for a superior room

Located on the edge of town in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Room was comfortable, extremely quiet and a/c worked great during a very hot day/evening.

The view, the tranquility, the calm environment. Ideal for families with small children. Close to the city of Torres Novas.

Nice selection of breakfast items. Excellent bread and rolls, good cheeses and cold cuts. The location is very quiet. Many of the rooms are located down a canyon so there is no street noise. Nice jacuzzi room.

We booked three nights.We loved the room ,it had a big balcony overlooking the countryside.The decor was beautiful in the room & en suite shower room & the beds were super comfortable.So much so I took a note of the name of mattress and bedding. The staff were very helpful & friendly too. Also loved the closeness of this Hotel to the town of Torres Novas.
